A Simple Filing System Guide

After several years of battling my filing cabinet that was overflowing with paperwork, I finally had enough. I went on a mission to learn exactly what I needed to keep and, more importantly, what I didn’t. I purged, sorted, and organized all of the paperwork in our home. By the time I was finished, I had created a self-cleansing, easy to maintain filing system that has been working wonderfully for our family for 6+ years. If you are struggling with paper clutter in your home, then this is just the solution you’ve been looking for!

Create an organized filing system that's easy to maintain.

Setting up a filing system can be so overwhelming. Thinking about all of the maintenance involved over the months and years can make you not want to start organizing in the first place. But your filing system can be simple. It can be functional. And it can be easy to maintain! It just takes the correct setup.

In Your Simple Filing System Guide you will learn all the necessary steps to setting up your filing system. You will also learn:

  • how to simplify the paperwork in your home.

  • how to reduce the influx of paper into your home.

  • how to create an organized filing system that is easy to maintain.

The Simple Filing System is a self-cleansing setup. This means that you will be able to do the majority of your maintenance throughout the year as you file your papers away. Each January I spend about 15-20 minutes sorting and purging old, unnecessary paperwork. That’s it! This system works!

You will also learn to keep a minimal amount of paperwork. Most paperwork can be purged and a lot of the necessary paperwork can be stored digitally. You will learn all of these steps to simplify your paperwork in this guide.

You will also learn how to reduce the amount of paper coming into your home. We can all feel bombarded by paper in our home on a daily basis. It’s overwhelming and frustrating. Just walking out to get the mail can seem like a daunting task when we think of all the paper we will have to sort. But there are steps you can take to reduce the unnecessary. I will teach you all of this the Simple Filing System Guide.
