Favorite Children’s Books

Reading aloud to your child is one of the very best things you can do. It’s positive effects are innumerable. From language development early on to vocabulary enhancement in later years, you just can’t go wrong! Plus, reading aloud can also be one of the best ways to build strong bonds with your children.

Below I’ve listed some of our family’s favorite read aloud books. You’ll find most are categorized by season, holiday, or simply just family favorites. Just click on the category you wish to explore. You’ll find a mixture of board books, picture books, and chapter books included.

I hope you can find a few books to add to your family’s collection or a few new titles to add to your library list!

Happy Reading!

Note: This page will be updated as more categories are added.
